I used the whole frozen strawberries and let them drain for an hour and cut them up. Everyone loved it and was all gone by that evening. Will be making it again that way for Christmas. Because I was using mini-cups (just...It was a hit! Because I was using mini-cups (just a little bigger than a shot glass, about 2-3 bites worth) to serve in, I cut the marshmallows in half, then diced the strawberries and the bananas, and also rinsed the bananas in lemon juice to keep them from browning so I could make it a little bit ahead of time.
